投資分析師崗位職責
1、維護并開發(fā)高凈值客戶，為客戶提供全面財富管理服務，實現(xiàn)客戶資產(chǎn)保值、增值；
2、解讀證券及行業(yè)資訊，提供投資建議，滿足客戶的個性化投資需求；
3、證券行情與市場信息分析，宏觀、策略、行業(yè)研究，撰寫相關分析研究報告；
4、舉辦高端投資策略報告會，為客戶進行專業(yè)知識普及。
5、培訓投資顧問，促進投顧隊伍發(fā)展；
6、研究并推廣證券行業(yè)創(chuàng)新業(yè)務。
工作地點：唐山、石家莊

投資分析師任職資格：
1、經(jīng)濟或金融專業(yè)，重點大學（985，211）全日制本科以上學歷，碩士研究生可優(yōu)先聘用；
2、具備證券投資咨詢資格，咨詢經(jīng)驗滿三年優(yōu)先考慮；
3、有較強的行業(yè)分析和研究能力，能夠敏銳地把握證券市場中的趨勢和熱點，能夠獨立撰寫分析研究報告；對各類證券信息及研究成果能很好的理解轉化以服務于客戶和銷售團隊；
4、具備高超的演講和營銷推廣能力、較好的書寫能力、較強的獨立學習研究能力及客戶溝通能力；
5、正直、有責任心、積極上進、有良好的團隊合作精神和服務意識，能承受工作壓力；
