Job Responsibility:
1. To monitor and optimize current heat treatment processes
2. To identify and implement improvements in treatment operations
3. To co-ordinate and support process improvements
4. To develop and maintain work instructions and training materials
5. To be responsible for problem analysing and problem solving
6. To sustain the process development including treatment, fixture,documents and so on
7. To know about fixtures and can design the fixtures independently
8. To carry out the tasks assigned by the superior
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Technology for Heating Processing or Mechanics of materials knowledge
- Background in manufactural technology of machinery
- Language: Chinese (native) and English (CET 4); knowledge of German is an advantag
- Solid theory knowledge of treatment technology and mechanics of materials
- Experience as treatmentl engineer in production environment
- Ideally experience with SAP and other software (e.g. ProE, Catia and so on)
