職位描述
Job Responsibility
1.Execute the validation work package independently with the request of customer.
2.Creating the China test documents based on the European headquarter input & specific requirement from local customer.
3.Capturing and analyzing OEMs requirement and create the DV/PV Plan
4.Setup the validation timing and conduct & monitor the validation details
a)Identify the testing resource
b)Design & source the testing fixtures & testers
c)Monitoring the testing process and identify the risk
d)Prepare the testing report
5.Support HW engineer and mechanical engineer to review the validation plan and report submitted by components supplier
6.Supporting system and hardware DFMEA
7.Supporting the design & setup of Mfg. End of Line tester.
Key Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Automation or other Engineering fields, Master degree preferred.
2.3~5 years experience in validation of automobile/power management/Telematics related industry.
3.Knowledge & experience of validation of full product life cycle activities including feasibility, problem control and resolution, review of test specification of supplier doc.
4.Proficient in the use of Calibration/Diagnostic/CAN/LIN/UDS/KWP2000/J1939 tool sets and data loggers
5.Knowledge on DCDC converter, On board Charger, Telematics
6.Quick learning
7.Good communication skill
8.Good at English reading and writing
9.Ability to travel frequently and abroad travel will be requested
