崗位職責(zé)：
Before launching:
1.Machines selection according to components design, including injection machine and accessory equipments, spare parts
2.Facility layout planning
3.Process layout planning
4.Budget planning
5.Optimize mold design concept in terms of quality, maintenance, cost, cycle time, scrap etc.
6.Machines and mold acceptance
7.Suggestion to product design optimization in terms of product quality, cost etc
8.Documentation: flow chart, PFEMA, control plan, work instruction, maintenance plan, Poka-yoke, traceability etc.
9.Leading trial run, parameters optimization, mold design improvement.
10.Experience on new product introduction is preferred.
After launching:
11.Continuously improving existing working method (VPS) by reducing cycle time / eliminating waste / reducing machine breakdown / improving quality.
12.Daily tracking and Trouble shooting
13.Be able to transfer knowledge to other people
14.Be able to support purchase / quality to improve supplier quality.
15.Knowledge for mold repair, manufacturing, machining is preferred.
16.English communication is preferred.

任職要求：
1, Bachelor Degree, Mechanical or Material major is preferred.
2, Above 8 years working experience of plastic injection process.
3, Good at office software.
4, Have experience of plastics injection cost control. Have good knowledge of trouble shoot and TS16949 quality system.
5, Have a good ability of communication, strategic planning and cost saving. Strong sense of responsibility and team work.
6, Good English ability of listen, read, write and oral.
