Senior Manager, Costing and Manufacturing Accounting & Controls

Job Description / Responsibility
· To support the Asia Operations in financial planning, budget, and controls related to manufacturing processes
· To perform factory product and process costing report and analysis
· To ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner
· To assist in month end closing and financial reporting for external and internal purposes
· To ensure proper internal control implementation process in the transactions level
· To manage daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end cost accounting and control routines, including but not limited to periodic inventory counts
· To review and authorize inventory movement requests
· To supervise, train and develop accounting staff
· To ensure prompt and accurate reconciliation of inventory and fixed assets accounts
· To identify existing financial related internal control weakness and associated risk, document accounting process and implement accounting policies and procedures relative to the finance/accounting functions
· Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting


Additional Job Requirements
· Familiar with SAP and Microsoft office
· Previous working experience in manufacturing environment with expertise in financial reporting/ costing analysis & control , budgeting/forecasting, inventory management, ERP system implementation and business process engineering
· Proven track record of supervisory skills
· Strong team player with a positive attitude
· High level of initiative, commitment to excellence, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Minimum 8 years hands on experience in large manufacturing companies
