make sure customer requirement deployed in whole project
make sure new project quality planning well done and monitored to ensure new project quality fullfill
specification of the main tasks ：
? Act as a quality expert in research and development projects.
? Ensure legal, standard and customer requirements are fulfilled through the project.
? Carry out detailed quality planning and follow project quality status(conduct project gate review) during the
whole project lifecycle, ensure expected project work&products are delivered on time.
? Define quality targets and Quality assurance measures.
? Evaluates quality deviations and risks, collect information about project risks and improvement possibilities.
? Provide necessary quality related mentoring, coaching, expertise and training to the project team members
especially concerning PDC / or and APQP Process.
? Act s quality contact window with customer before PPAP submit
? Organize customer quality contract review with Plant Q ,deploy customer Q requirement into project and plant.
? Review PM main APQP plan and responsible Department sub APQP plan to ensure quality
? Conduct APSG check list review
? Make sample product assembly CP, inspection plan and quality release release for sample delivery.
? Review with responsible person for D FMEA, PFMEA, pre-launch/Sample CP, SOP CP, components and FG inspection plan
to ensure meet quality requirement.
? Project Q-issue list collection and take lead to drive root cause and CA
? A/B sample related document preparation and submit to customer, and A/B sample customer quality issue
handling with customer.
? C-sample &PPAP documentation drive and collection and review , submit to CQE for final review , CQE submit to customer SQE
? Support Plant Q to drive key quality issue ,field warranty cost deduction after SOP
? Support PM to Plan and Organize Process audit and project release activity for SOP.
Professional Experience required：
Quality management experience in automotive industry.
Knowledge Brake System or similar Products in automotive
Knowledge of Automotive Quality Standards (IATF 16949, QS9000, VDA4.2, VDA6.3, QS9000)
University degree with Engineering (mechanical and electronical )background
