Major Job Responsibilities:Be responsible for participants’ overall programme experience, including academic learning and extra-curricular experiencesEnsure seamless programme delivery by working together with participants, faculty, and other stakeholdersSet up Class Committees, and engender a positive culture for the classAssist the faculty to drive all academic projects, including but not limited to: elective bidding, oversea modules kick-off, and capstone projectLead key events including but not limited to: Programme Opening, One Year Anniversary gathering, and GraduationInitiate and drive class extra-curricular activitiesTeaching administration for programme deliveryOther functional and Departmental support within CEIBS when needed.?Basic Job Requirements:5+ years working experience in administration function **** in MNCs is preferredOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills Good public speaking skillsDetail-orientated, and customer service orientedStrong sense of responsibility, and high ethical standardsMature, team-p****, energeticEnglish and Chinese proficiencyGood command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Overseas working or study experience is a plusMinimum of Bachelor’s degreeFlexible for working over weekend and international travel.
