Major Responsibilities: -Provide on-boarding, contract renew, staff leaving services, etc. -Manage personnel information and data.-Manage basic staff welfare and benefits programs.-Support attendance management.-Participate in project-based work and be responsible for part of the project.-Other tasks assigned by leaders.Basic Requirement: -Bachelor or above degree, HR or management related major preferred.-Experiences in employee relations or C & B will be a plus.-Analytical, data rational with strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.-Strong in planning, organizing, negotiation, presentation, and project management.-Be responsible, self-initiative, innovative, endurance and willing to help.-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, both Chinese and English)
