職責描述：1.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團隊負責整個新產(chǎn)品流程的開發(fā)工作，包括新產(chǎn)品報價、客戶產(chǎn)品要求技術(shù)矩陣、設(shè)計驗證測試、新產(chǎn)品首件報告、測試方法驗證、工藝確認、 產(chǎn)線驗證、小規(guī)模試產(chǎn)驗證、量產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移等，確保所有工作任務(wù)的順利運行。Lead cross-function NPD team for overall new product development process, including RFQ, CRM, DVT, FAI, TMV, 3Q, line validation, pilot production and MP, ensuring all of tasks can run smoothly.2.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)跨部門工程師審查和解決新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的所有問題。Lead and coordinate cross-function engineers to review and solve all issues during new product development.3.起草和審閱新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中的技術(shù)文件，包括報價表, 客戶產(chǎn)品技術(shù)規(guī)范表, 工程圖紙， 材料清單， DFM, 零部件檢驗計劃等。Create and review all technical documents in new products development includes RFQ, CRM, engineering drawings, BOM, DFM and CIP etc.4.現(xiàn)場跟進樣品制作，收集失效數(shù)據(jù)，并作初步分析。Follow up sample building on site, collect data on trouble shooting, and lead to conduct analysis with team.5.創(chuàng)建初版的設(shè)計驗證測試計劃，對不良樣品進行失效分析。Create initial DV test plan, do failure analysis for NG sample. 6.支持維護產(chǎn)品的問題解決和工程變更。Support trouble shooting and engineer change for legacy products.7.完成新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)主管/經(jīng)理指派的臨時任務(wù)。Complete the temporary tasks assigned by NPD supervisor/manager.職位要求QUALIFICATIONS1.本科及以上的學(xué)歷,機械工程或電子相關(guān)專業(yè)。Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.2.3年以上新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗。Have more than 3 years work experience in NPD.3.能夠使用繪圖軟件AutoCAD, SolidWorks優(yōu)先。Basic AutoCAD & SolidWorks is preferred.4.英語讀寫熟練，口語優(yōu)秀者優(yōu)先。Fluent English in reading and writing, oral English is preferred.5.熟練使用工具解決生產(chǎn)問題者，如5why/DFM。Be familiar with tools like 5why/DFM to resolve productions issues.6.積極主動，善于溝通。Be proactive and good at communication.7.快速反應(yīng)能力。Quickly response capability.
