崗位職責(zé)1、負(fù)責(zé)海外App的商業(yè)化運(yùn)營, 通過各類方式不斷提升整體變現(xiàn)效率，包括不限于挖掘廣告場景，優(yōu)化廣告功能及邏輯等；2、對接海外變現(xiàn)媒體，熟悉海外變現(xiàn)平臺及流量環(huán)境，熟練掌握聚合SDK功能及邏輯；3、分析廣告變現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)，通過渠道配置，A/B測試等制定優(yōu)化方案以提升產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)；4、分析競品，研究海外主要競品的變現(xiàn)方式，提出改進(jìn)方向并落地執(zhí)行。任職要求1、本學(xué)及以上學(xué)歷，理工科專業(yè)，3年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；2、對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，邏輯性強(qiáng)，目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向，有較強(qiáng)的自驅(qū)力；3、有海外工具類，游戲類變現(xiàn)運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉Admob, Facebook等變現(xiàn)平臺。
