崗位職責(zé):1、負責(zé)投標文件的整體策劃、編寫、排版及裝訂,確保符合招標要求;2、協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)、商務(wù)、財務(wù)等部門,整合技術(shù)方案、資質(zhì)證明、財務(wù)報表等材料;3、檢查投標文件的完整性、準確性,避免廢標或扣分風(fēng)險;4、訂單處理,協(xié)助銷售做報價單、做合同、安排發(fā)貨、發(fā)票、安排技術(shù)服務(wù)工程師;5、負責(zé)公司銷售相關(guān)文件資料的管理、歸類、整理、建檔和保管工作;6、負責(zé)各類銷售指標的月度、季度、年度統(tǒng)計報表和報告的制作、編寫,并隨時答復(fù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對銷售動態(tài)情況的質(zhì)詢;7、協(xié)助銷售人員做好上門客戶的接待和電話來訪工作。崗位要求:1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限;2、3年以上制造業(yè)跟單和招投標相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;3、語言表達能力強,善于溝通,具有較強的文字功底和承壓能力。
