Responsible for Engineering Dept. management (including new product import, DQE, process design and development, process improvement process) and the relevant KPIs propulsion2.Responsible for establishing and optimizing the company's technical standard system and product design development system3.Responsible for the company's existing processing technology promotion and the development of new products and manufacturing feasibility ****uation4.Responsible for Engineering Dept. employees’ training and skill upgrading, and the new technical standard import5. Responsible for engineering and technical aspects of the second and third party audit, provide technical support to customers,6. Above 8 years working experience, at least 3 years Engineering manager working experience in related industry Cable, PCBA, injection molded parts or the whole machine research and development experience is preferred3. Based on hl-tech corporation, IATF16949 project development requirements for project development4. Skilled application of APQP five manual tools such as risk analysis5. Be familiar with hl-tech corporation, IATF16949 IPC610/620, ISO14971.The FDA or MedAccred audit certification experience is a plus6. Able to speak, read and write fluent English 7. Result oriented, compressive ability is strong Have enough foresight and management planning ability.1．30-40歲；機(jī)電大學(xué)本科以上，研究生及PMP管理證書優(yōu)先2. 8年以上工作工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，工程經(jīng)理同等崗位3年以上；有Cable，PCBA，注塑件或整機(jī)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先3. 基于ISO13485、IATF16949工程項(xiàng)目開發(fā)要求進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目開發(fā)；4. 熟練應(yīng)用APQP五大手冊(cè)，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析等工具5. 熟悉ISO13485、IATF16949，IPC610/620，ISO14971；有FDA或MedAccred審核認(rèn)證經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先；6. 英語(yǔ)熟練，英語(yǔ)可以當(dāng)做工作語(yǔ)言，有長(zhǎng)期和歐美大廠工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先7. 以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向，抗壓能力強(qiáng)；有足夠的前瞻力和管理規(guī)劃能力；
