崗位職責(zé)：-從模具設(shè)計(jì)角度對(duì)產(chǎn)品零部件設(shè)計(jì)的制造可行性（和經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行評(píng)估，提出優(yōu)化建議； -根據(jù)零部件設(shè)計(jì)，評(píng)估模具設(shè)計(jì)方案、細(xì)化模具成本和零件成本，為采購(gòu)談判提供數(shù)據(jù)及分析支持。-負(fù)責(zé)與模具制造商進(jìn)行對(duì)接，審核其模具制造方案，包括不限于模流仿真分析和DFM分析；監(jiān)控模具設(shè)計(jì)、制造、試模、品質(zhì)、交付和驗(yàn)收的全過(guò)程，并協(xié)助處理過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。-審核零件FAI，CPK，提出模具設(shè)變與注塑的改善建議；協(xié)助模具與注塑品質(zhì)出現(xiàn)的異常進(jìn)行原因分析，以指導(dǎo)相關(guān)方進(jìn)行改善。-負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)模、復(fù)制模的導(dǎo)入、過(guò)程監(jiān)控和文件交接等事宜，并協(xié)助解決過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。-協(xié)助產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理對(duì)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、事項(xiàng)制定計(jì)劃，跟進(jìn)和追蹤關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)，對(duì)于可能出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題或風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及時(shí)管理和預(yù)警，并協(xié)助解決相關(guān)問(wèn)題。-部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作事項(xiàng)。任職資格：-?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、模具設(shè)計(jì)與成型等相關(guān)專業(yè)，英語(yǔ)良好，5年以上連接器行業(yè)的相關(guān)模具設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；-精通塑膠模具，硅膠模具，雙色模具以及常規(guī)五金類模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、加工制造工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，能夠根據(jù)不同規(guī)劃量匹配模具開(kāi)發(fā)-熟練使用3D等設(shè)計(jì)軟件。-具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)化思維， 優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)與跨部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)能力。
