崗位職責：1、熟悉多種機器人硬件平臺，如 ABB、川崎工業(yè)機器人，Robotstudio、RobotMaster 機器人套件等，能進行機器人本體組裝、電氣連接、參數(shù)調(diào)試，解決常見硬件故障；2、掌握計算機視覺技術，進行圖像預處理、特征提取、目標識別與跟蹤，實現(xiàn)機器人視覺引導的抓取、裝配等操作，通過視覺 、SLAM 等技術輔助機器人自主建圖與定位優(yōu)先；3、熟練掌握 C++/Python 編程語言，運用 C++ 實現(xiàn)機器人底層控制算法優(yōu)化，提高執(zhí)行效率；用 Python 快速開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)處理、機器學習輔助腳本，完成機器人狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與輔助功能；4、熟練掌握機器人操作系統(tǒng)（ROS），熟練運用 ROS 進行機器人建模、仿真、導航、運動控制等任務開發(fā)，具備多個基于 ROS 的項目實踐經(jīng)驗，能獨立搭建 ROS 開發(fā)環(huán)境并調(diào)試復雜節(jié)點間通信問題；要求：1、本科及以上學歷，自動化、電氣工程、機電一體化、機械設計制造及自動化、材料成型及控制工程（焊接）或相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)；2、熟悉ABB、FANUC等品牌機器人的調(diào)試，5年以上工業(yè)機器人調(diào)試和編程經(jīng)驗；3、具備良好的團隊合作和溝通能力，具備良好的學習鉆研能力，具備較強的抗壓能力；4、動手與學習能力強及有良好的抗壓能力強；5、擁有工業(yè)機器人生產(chǎn)非標產(chǎn)品件的行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；6、擁有工業(yè)機器人系統(tǒng)集成工程師證書，機器人技術與應用工程師（CRA）優(yōu)先。
