職位概要:1．針對(duì)客戶物料，進(jìn)行相關(guān)的試驗(yàn)，進(jìn)行選材；2．審核施工圖，對(duì)施工圖提出審核意見(jiàn)；3．根據(jù)設(shè)備或工程結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行焊接工藝評(píng)定、焊工培訓(xùn)、編制相應(yīng)的焊接工藝文件（主要闡述施工的方法、要點(diǎn)及相關(guān)注意事項(xiàng)以及檢驗(yàn)方法）和進(jìn)行焊接技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等；4．根據(jù)公司發(fā)展，提出需要的工藝裝備或焊接設(shè)備；5．依據(jù)具體的項(xiàng)目要求，提出焊接材料需求計(jì)劃；6．處理施工過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的焊接技術(shù)問(wèn)題7．進(jìn)行工藝紀(jì)律檢查，糾正不當(dāng)行為8．協(xié)助相關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行分包商審核及技術(shù)管理工作；9．經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)任職要求：1.焊接類(lèi)化學(xué)類(lèi)或材料類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。2.受過(guò)機(jī)械類(lèi)或工程類(lèi)焊接等方面的培訓(xùn)。3.一年以上焊接工藝編制工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉焊接工藝；4.具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、人際交往能力、應(yīng)變能力、溝通能力及解決問(wèn)題的能力；5.熟悉現(xiàn)行壓力容器、管道和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的焊接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范；6. 英語(yǔ)水平良好；
